Scotty 1099 Depthpower 24″ Solid Boom is an electric downrigger with a Rodmaster II rod holder. Comes with a 24″ long, 1″ diameter stainless steel boom, 250 ft of premium 150 lb test stainless steel downrigger cable. Includes boom mounted Rodmaster II rod holder and 1 Power Grip Plus line release.
