Applications:

• Automobile – Suggested Applications: Valve covers, oil pans, and timing covers.
• Marine – Suggested Applications: Valve covers, oil pans, intake manifold end seals, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housings

Directions:

Surfaces should be clean and amp dry. Activate PowerBead and trade by twisting nozzle one full turn counterclockwise, raising trigger. Press trigger to dispense. Apply a continuous, uniform 1/16 and rdquo to 1/4 and rdquo bead of silicone, surrounding all bolt holes. 1/8 and rdquo is suitable for most applications. Bead size may be varied by finger pressure, how quickly applicator is moved and angle. For heavier beads, nozzle may be cut to size. Assemble parts immediately. Finger tighten bolts until material begins to squeeze out around flange. Allow to dry for 1 hour then retighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Silicone will fully cure in 24 hours. After use, store applicator by twisting nozzle clockwise, wiping away excess silicone and amp replacing plastic cap with a and ldquoclick and rdquo.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.
