1.3. Market research, sales tracking and monitoring of customer/buyer behavior.
2. By completing the data in the account and or order creation form, the buyer declares and accepts unconditionally that his personal data is included in the database of Dynaya Global Limited and gives his express and unequivocal agreement that all such personal data be stored, used and processed for the purpose mentioned above in point 1.
3. By reading the document you become aware that the rights provided by Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with in the processing of personal data are guaranteed, respectively the right for information, the right for access to data, the right for rectification and deletion the right to restrict the processing, the right for data portability, the right for the opposition, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the right to exercise an effective judicial remedy against a legally binding decision of a supervisory authority, the right to exercise an effective judicial remedy if you consider that the rights you have benefited under Regulation 679/2016 have been violated.

5.1. Also, Dynaya Global Limited may provide the personal data of the buyer to other companies with which it is in partnership relations, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from them and only for the purposes mentioned in point 1.2., which guarantees that these data are kept safe and that the provision of this personal information is made according to the legislation in force, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment/banking service providers, telemarketing or other services, provided by companies with which we can develop joint programs of offering on the market of our goods and services, insurers.
5.5. Personal Information of the buyer can also be provided to the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts and other competent bodies of the state, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of some expressly formulated requests.
